Return and Exchange Policy

 

  1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
  2. Returns and exchanges are accepted only with prior authorization from the seller.
  3. To obtain authorization, please contact our customer service team at info@tecnix.ca
  4. All returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging and in the condition received.
  5. Tecnix reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
  6. If you receive a damaged or are missing parts, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement.
  7. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and instructions.
  8. Tecnix will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.
  9. For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  10. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
  11. Tecnix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
