Return and Exchange Policy


At Tecnix we value our customers, and we try our best to provide the best quality service possible and we strive to get even better, this is why we implemented and describe the best way possible our return and exchange policy and warranty. We are here to help.

All items sold under the following condition term or terms “NEW” “NEW OTHER” “OPEN BOX” “NEWINCOMPLETE” “USED” “refurbished” will be eligible to a manufacturer warranty if specific ed on the ad, if not the basic 15 days warranty will be applied. The basic 14 days return** warranty means and not limited to:

– All items received damaged are eligible to a complete refund in the case of a damage in the shipping service. (To be eligible to this the buyer must cooperate with the seller in the insurance claim)

– All items’ dead-on arrival (DOA) must be reported in the first 2 days of reception of the item or from the delivery confirmation, if the buyer forgets or did not inform us in the first 48hrs of the delivery confirmation and/or reception of the product the item is not covered or eligible to the 15 days warranty.

All modifications, alteration, upgrades, downgrades, tampering or any other method or way that caused damage to the product or item or service will result in a revocation of the warranty.

We do not offer a satisfaction warranty, meaning you don’t like the product, or don’t like the color, or don’t like the size this will not be covered by the warranty, we can at our discretion offer you a replacement with a possible restocking fee.

We do not offer any support for software updates, software use, software upgrades, software compatibility, (example): You bought an old phone and want a specific software to work on it. – we are not the manufacturer and cannot upgrade the phone to make it work for you. You must verify the compatibility before purchasing the item.
